for Recreational and Competitive players 

Ages: Boys 3 to 19          Girls 3 to 15

You may sign up during office hours:  Monday –Friday 9am till 3pm

New Players must provide a copy of their state issued Birth Certificate

**Future Legends Academy Session practices begin March 23 and run until May 13, with games on Saturdays from April 10-May 15

Happy Feet or Legends Academy for ages 3 to under 6   $50.00

Under 7 to Under 10       $55.00

Under 11 to Under 13     $60.00

Will accept teams U16 and up for recreational and competitive levels

Individual Players:

        If you are new to the league you will need to provide a State Issued Birth Certificate, complete a registration form, (available from link above), and participate in the fundraiser or purchase a buyout option.

         The division chairpersons then construct teams, a volunteer coach is sometimes recruited from the parents. The coach sets practice nights, times and locations. Locations are usually Raytown School district elementary schools.

         Players will be provided game shirts and an end of season award. The parents will need to provide: soccer shorts, shin guards, soccer socks, cleats. For the registration fee the player will be provided 8 games with licensed referees.

        The Spring season practices start in late February or early March and games start in late March and end in  late May.

      Games are played on weekends, with about half of the 8 seasonal games played at our home fields near Little Blue Trace Park at 87th and 350HW, and half the games played at other soccer fields in the metro area that participate in the KC Metro League.

What you need:

1. Team information Sheet -fully completed with all contact numbers, request off dates.  Please return to office by January 16th.   
2. MYSA Membership forms for each player and each coach. Each player new to league will need a state issued birth certificate. Each coach new to league will need a copy of his coach’s license. The cost for player cards and coach (es) cards is $19 per player. Cards are good for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 season.  Dual cards will be $19.
