The Kohl's US Youth Soccer American Cup provides recreational youth soccer players an opportunity to experience a consistent and high quality statewide tournament in a fun, family-like atmosphere. It fosters stimulation and excitement about soccer in an effort to increase the recreational players interest in and love for the game. t

The Kohl's American Cup philosophy rests in granting all players equal opportunities and benefits within their level of play in the sport of soccer. The Kohl's American Cup format provides recreational players with a developmental opportunity by emphasizing participation, as opposed to competition in a family centered environment. The Kohl's American Cup is a unique tournament in that it is only open to recreational players.

We want the recreational player to feel special and have fun! The Kohl's American Cup can achieve this by providing recreational players with the opportunity to participate in an original event outside of their normal league play.

Nationwide, more than 60 Kohl's American Cup events are scheduled, and one thing each of them have in common is the goal of providing all participants with the opportunity to experience a consistent and high-quality tournament in a fun, festival-like atmosphere.

***All players have to be registered with player cards from any USSF organization, including USYSA and MYSA. However they must be registered to the recreational team playing in this event.

2010 Entry Fees:

U-7 – U-8……………………. $200

U-9 – U11…………………… $275

U-12 – U16…………………. $350

Tournament Location:

Games will be played at the Raytown Soccer Complex at 14200 E 87th St, just east of the intersection of 350HW and Noland Road.

Tournament Features:

The tournament will feature a Fun Zone with music, inflatable games, etc. Participation awards will be given to each child playing in the tournament.
