1. Log into your team account on Got Soccer
2. Click on Events
3. Click on Permission to Travel
4. Select E Travel Search Events or E Travel Other
5. Fill out info
6. Answer questions
7. Submit
 
Once your travel has been approved, you can then log into your team account
again, click events and you will see your approved travel form available to
download, print and bring with you.
 
Remember you ONLY NEED A TRAVEL PERMIT if you are LEAVING the state of Missouri,
otherwise if you are staying in Missouri no permit is necessary. I will post
this also on the MYSA website, www.mysa.org/forms/travel 

PLEASE be sure to fill out all fields so your request will be processed
promptly. Missing field will delay your approved form.
 
Their are also no more costs involved in travel permits!
We will process all E Travel forms first, then any fax or email requests, please
start making yourself familiar with this new process as we wind down this season
and transition to the new season we will no longer be processing faxed or
emailed Travel permits for the 10/11 season.
