(Academy players born on or before Aug 1^st 2002 )

Under 7 to Under 10       $55.00        

Under 11 to Under 13        $60.00

Under 14 to Under 15        $65.00

Under 16 and older (Girls only)  $70.00

Mandatory Fundraiser or Buy  Out of $40.00 at time of sign-ups.  Fundraiser this season is selling trash bags. Must sell 12 rolls to fulfill obligation.   Buyout will increase to $45 after fundraiser turn-in Aug 2nd.

Fundraiser order/money turn-in is August 2nd from 10AM-2PM at our office: 6029 Raytown Rd.

Trash bag order pick-up is August 23rd from 9AM-2PM at the Raytown fields.

Independent teams Fall 2008

What you need:

1. Team information Sheet -fully completed with all contact numbers, request off dates.  Please return to office by July 14th. 
2. MYSA Membership forms for each player and each coach. Each player new to league will need a state issued birth certificate. Each coach new to league will need a copy of his coach’s license. The cost for player cards is $18 per player and $18 per coach. Cards are good for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 season.  Dual cards will be $11.

Individual Players:

        If you are new to the league you will need to provide a State Issued Birth Certificate, Complete a registration form, (available from link above) and participate in the fundraiser or purchase a buyout option.

         The division chairpersons then construct teams, a volunteer coach(es) is sometimes recruited from the parents. The coach sets practice nights, times and locations. Locations are usually Raytown School district elementary schools.

         Players will be provided Game Shirts and an end of season award. The parents will need to provide: soccer shorts, shin guards, soccer socks, cleats. For the registration fee the player will be provided 8 games with licensed referees. The Fall season practices start in late July or early August and games start in late August and go to early November.
