Raytown
Soccer Club is comprised of local competitive and recreational
youth soccer teams in the Kansas City, MO area. We take great pride in our facility and
the high level of customer service we provide to our participants.
We respond to e-mails and other requests for service promptly.
We are a non-profit dedicated to youth soccer
since 1968!
Raytown Soccer
Club is also a major participant in the
KC Metro League.

Summer Intern opportunities at
Raytown Soccer Club
Raytown Soccer Club, a not-for-profit
organization, is looking for qualified summer intern to contribute to
our marketing strategies. Our organization seeks an intern who can
participate in various stages of a print and online marketing campaign,
contributing in efforts to grow the club and relate within the Raytown,
MO community. We are seeking an undergraduate student in the Kansas City
area who is majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising.
This person should have excellent verbal and written communication
skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have extensive
knowledge of Web and social media.
This intern should be prepared to work in a
fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having
gained hands-on experience in various aspects of non-for-profit
marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a campaign to expand and grow the club
(recruit new players & coaches)
• Create unique ways to interact the club with the Raytown Community
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Assist and/or lead in creation of signage, newsletters, e-mail
campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with club events, including the summer camp and fall signups
• Assist with daily office tasks
