Coaches please note!!!!!!KC Metro League has had a rule for several years of NO WARMUP IN PENALTY AREA. Starting this season the coach will get a YELLOW CARD for violating this rule. Please be aware of this and prevent hassles by not doing anything in the penalty area for warmup. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Click above to signup for free text message and email of game conditions **************************** Info re: Warming Up In Goal Mouth No teams on U9 and above fields will be allowed to pre-game warm-up in the penalty area. Warming up for 15 minutes or so before the game probably gives this area 20 times the usage as during the whole game. This compacts the soil, and is one of the biggest reasons for grass damage. We all want to play on better quality fields and this is a step in that direction.
